The total cost over five years is what matters, not the price on day one. Ask the seller for the yearly cost after year one in writing, and what stops working if you do not renew.

Sending cases to the lab and file formats

What to check before you choose

• What will the software or care plan cost each year for five years, and what stops working if you stop paying?
• Can you export open files at no extra cost, and does your laboratory accept them?
• Which clear aligner providers accept scans from this scanner?
• Who trains your team, who services the scanner in the UK, and is there a replacement or loan scanner during repairs?
• Does the quote apply to the exact model you asked for?
