Supplier guide for dental practices in the United States
The question this page answers Which systems and suppliers are available to dental practices in the United States, and what should your practice check before choosing?
Dental Supplier Guide compares the systems and suppliers a dental practice runs on. The US edition covers nine categories:
- Journal systems: practice management and patient record software.
- Dental chairs and units: manufacturer, model and seller kept apart, with installation and service.
- Intraoral scanners: manufacturer, model and seller kept apart, with file format, license and service.
- Dental suppliers: national distributors of consumables, materials, instruments and equipment.
- Implant systems and suppliers: manufacturer, system and seller kept apart.
- Clear aligner systems for clinics: manufacturer, system and seller kept apart, with provider requirements.
- Online booking and integrations: online appointment booking and links to your practice software.
- Patient communication: text messages, reminders and patient messaging.
- AI reception and telephony: AI reception, phone answering and telephony.
Each category has its own page. Suppliers are compared on the same criteria, and every fact has a source and a date. If a fact is missing, the page shows it as missing.
How the lists are ordered
By default, suppliers are listed by the number of published facts, most first, and alphabetically on a tie. Every supplier is counted on the same fields. The count says nothing about quality: there are no scores, no ratings and no ranking, and you can switch to alphabetical order. No supplier pays for a place in the comparisons.
The US edition covers national suppliers only. There are no state-by-state pages, so regional and local suppliers are not included.
